We’ve also coated the tube to manage the UV output and protect the filament, which helps extend the lamp’s life. And the R7s connector? It’s the standard for a reason. How It Performs When the Pressure’s On
Out in the real world, this setup shines on high-speed printing and coating lines. Installation is a breeze since it’s a direct replacement, which means less downtime when you’re doing maintenance. You get consistent heat, so your curing is uniform, even when your line is screaming along at 600 feet per minute. But here’s the thing to keep in mind: with 2500W, you’re generating a lot of heat. Your machine’s cooling system has to be up to the task. If it can’t handle the thermal load, you’ll shorten the lamp’s lifespan. We build these lamps to perform, but the rest of the system has to be able to keep up.
